“Qing Jian and Santari set to launch Tenet EC at Tampines”
QingJian Realty, Octava, and Santarli Realty plan to release Tenet EC, a new Tampines EC at St. 62 Parcel (A) EC, in the fourth quarter of 2022. Tampines North MRT station is about a three-minute walk away from Tenet EC in a well-established neighborhood.
By 2025/2026, this EC at Tenet is scheduled to have completed the construction of around 590 units.
Attracting nine bidders, QingJian Realty, JV with Octava and Santarli Realty won the property with the highest price of $422 million at $658 per square foot on 22 July 2021. The site is 256,172 square feet in size, with a 99-year lease beginning on July 22, 2021.
Tampines EC features high-rise residential developments with 590 apartments totaling three to five bedrooms each. Tenet Tampines EC is located at Tampines Road, Singapore. Each apartment has a practical and efficient layout designed with families in mind.
All apartments include high-quality flooring and a private balcony included in the price. Quality range hood and hob, oven, and yard are all included in the kitchen, as is a domestic shelter that may be used as a utility room. The majority of the bathrooms feature windows to allow for fresh air to circulate. The bedrooms are large and equipped with air conditioning and built-in storage.
All of the EC’s apartments and common spaces will be equipped with cutting-edge Smart technology.
Location of TENET EC
It is located in Tampines, a well-established estate with a wide variety of services, efficient public transportation, and some of Singapore’s best educational institutions. It is within walking distance of the upcoming Tampines North MRT station (scheduled to open in 2029). Connecting with other regions of Singapore was made easier thanks to a short drive to the Tampines, Kallang-Paya Lebar, and Pan-Island Expressways (TPE, KPE, and PIE). Within a short drive of the EC, students may choose from a wide range of educational options, ranging from preschools all the way up to the prestigious Temasek Polytechnic.
With Pasir Ris and Simei nearby, you’ll find yourself in the sought-after neighborhood of Tampines, one of Singapore’s most desirable neighborhoods. Furthermore, the Tampines area will be served by three separate MRT lines (EW/DT/CRL) and three prominent shopping complexes (Tampines Mall, Century Square, and Tampines One).
Amenities in the Area
The upcoming Cross Island Tampines North MRT station is a 3-minute walk from Tenet EC.
The initial section of the Cross Island Line will be 29 kilometers long. Ang Mo Kio, Pasir Ris, Changi, Loyang, and Hougang are just a few of the neighborhoods it will travel through. More than 100,000 homes will benefit from improved connection and lower commute times when the project is finished in 2029.
At MacPherson and Newton MRT stations, you may access to either the Circle or North-South lines by taking a few Downtown Line stops down, depending on which line is available at each location. There’s a way to make it all work!
Tenet EC can be reached in under a minute by foot from the Tampines North Bus Interchange. Buses between Bishan and Pasir Ris interchange travel past Tai Seng, Serangoon, and Paya Lebar MRT stations. What a time-saver!
To get to Giant Hypermarket, take a 5-minute bus trip along Tampines North Drive 2. It’s only a short walk from the hypermarket to IKEA Tampines and COURTS Megastore if you’re in the mood for some IKEA meatballs or gadgets.
The Paya Lebar Airbase’s future reconstruction will also include new amenities and areas for business and leisure.
There are several stores within a short distance of Tampines. Along the approach to Tampines Central, there are several banks, post offices, and other businesses.

While discussing Tampines MRT station, we highlighted that the malls of Tampines, 1 and Century Square are all situated in the same neighborhood. Because you get the best of three malls and all they have to offer, we can’t stress this enough! POSB, OCBC, Standard Chartered, Citibank, UOB, and even the Bank of China can help you with your banking requirements. They’re all in the same part of town.
Alternatively, you may stop by Tampines Mall’s Starbucks or Century Square’s The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for your morning joe.
Tampines Hub and Tampines West Community Club are two options for community centers. Both cities are just a short drive apart. All of the community centers in town provide something for everyone: classes, eating places, and even lending libraries where you can get your hands on books.
Other surrounding green belts, such as Tampines Eco Green Park and Sun Plaza Park, include the neighboring Tampines North Boulevard Park, which is ideal for weekend cycling or after-work jogging. Families will enjoy the comfort of living in a green sanctuary while yet being within a short distance of all the necessities they need.
You might go for a brisk stroll to one of the three nearby parks for some modest physical activity. As its name implies, Tampines Eco Green is an environmentally friendly park where you may relax and take in the sights and sounds of nature. There are other hiking paths to choose from.
Tenet EC is surrounded by several educational institutions, making it an excellent choice for parents who want the best for their children. Tampines North and Elias Park are just separated by a few hundred meters. Many additional schools, such as Whitesand Primary, Gongshang Primary, and Poi Ching, are also in the area.
Secondary schools, junior college, and Temasek Polytechnic are all within a short distance of one other.
