“Qing Jian and Santari set to launch Tenet EC at Tampines”

QingJian Realty, Octava, and Santarli Realty plan to release Tenet EC, a new Tampines EC at St. 62 Parcel (A) EC, in the fourth quarter of 2022. Tampines North MRT station is about a three-minute walk away from Tenet EC in a well-established neighborhood.

By 2025/2026, this EC at Tenet is scheduled to have completed the construction of around 590 units.

Attracting nine bidders, QingJian Realty, JV with Octava and Santarli Realty won the property with the highest price of $422 million at $658 per square foot on 22 July 2021. The site is 256,172 square feet in size, with a 99-year lease beginning on July 22, 2021.

Tampines EC features high-rise residential developments with 590 apartments totaling three to five bedrooms each. Tenet Tampines EC is located at Tampines Road, Singapore. Each apartment has a practical and efficient layout designed with families in mind.

All apartments include high-quality flooring and a private balcony included in the price. Quality range hood and hob, oven, and yard are all included in the kitchen, as is a domestic shelter that may be used as a utility room. The majority of the bathrooms feature windows to allow for fresh air to circulate. The bedrooms are large and equipped with air conditioning and built-in storage.

All of the EC’s apartments and common spaces will be equipped with cutting-edge Smart technology.

Location of TENET EC

It is located in Tampines, a well-established estate with a wide variety of services, efficient public transportation, and some of Singapore’s best educational institutions. It is within walking distance of the upcoming Tampines North MRT station (scheduled to open in 2029). Connecting with other regions of Singapore was made easier thanks to a short drive to the Tampines, Kallang-Paya Lebar, and Pan-Island Expressways (TPE, KPE, and PIE). Within a short drive of the EC, students may choose from a wide range of educational options, ranging from preschools all the way up to the prestigious Temasek Polytechnic.

With Pasir Ris and Simei nearby, you’ll find yourself in the sought-after neighborhood of Tampines, one of Singapore’s most desirable neighborhoods. Furthermore, the Tampines area will be served by three separate MRT lines (EW/DT/CRL) and three prominent shopping complexes (Tampines Mall, Century Square, and Tampines One).

Amenities in the Area

The upcoming Cross Island Tampines North MRT station is a 3-minute walk from Tenet EC.

The initial section of the Cross Island Line will be 29 kilometers long. Ang Mo Kio, Pasir Ris, Changi, Loyang, and Hougang are just a few of the neighborhoods it will travel through.
